Coby came and addressed the issues a month ago. It was an electrical issue with our new home. He was extremely professional. Pointed out the spots for the next step with options. We fixed the electrical issue and rescheduled a new system to be put in. The customer service staff is spot on! Everyone i spoke to on the phone were extremely helpful. Great communication
Josh came to change the whole system out. Quoted me an hour. Spot on!

Senke was great to work with from beginning to end. Not only were they able to provide the exact cost for what I needed done over the phone before coming to the house, but they also have very reasonable and fair pricing. I needed a cable replaced on one of my garage doors. This is a job I could have done myself, but I wanted a professional to make sure that everything was in order and done correctly. The technician was honest, nice to work with, and efficient. Not only was I able to have my broken cable replaced with a new set of cables on that door, but I also had the second door's cables replaced for good measure, including two cable mounts. To top it off, the tech adjusted the door springs to make sure they were working optimally, and he lubricated everything on both doors. Senke originally installed the doors and openers in the early 2000's, before we owned the home. I will be using Senke for all of my garage door needs in the future due to their quality service, fair pricing, and honesty (all of which are increasingly hard to come by these days). Thank you, Senke!
