My mom and I have been here a few times for pedicures. The facility is very clean, and they have many color selections to choose from. They are quick to get you in and mostly understand what you are looking to have done. Very quick and easy process, especially when getting gel as there's no dry time.
I have been here several times and have always had a great experience. The nail technicians take pride in giving you a great experience down to the smallest detail and it shows. It is always clean and sanitary. I have brought my children (ages 2 to 12) and they always treat them with respect and care. Can't reccomended them enough!
Cleanliness: they use liners in the pedicure chairs always and throw away all disposables in your presence. You get new out of the package implements everytime.
I have had some terrible experiences at nail salons. Technicians have made my nails bleed, irritated my skin, even burned it. NY Nails is by far the best - and now only - nail salon I have ever been to. The experiences I’ve had have given me intense anxiety about going to get my nails done cause I figure I’ll just end up with something I hate for a insane amount of money. I got a set of acrylics and my technician - who’s name I sadly didn’t get - did an amazing job. She spent almost two hours working on my nails, and they look absolutely stunning.
