I’ve had a great experience working with Bob and communicating throughout our fixes. He has been responsive, helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to work with every step of the way.
You can tell he takes pride in what he does and cares about doing things the right way. I would feel confident recommending him to anyone looking for a reliable local electrician.
We had an excellent experience with Lighthouse Electric. Their customer service was outstanding from start to finish, and the quality of work exceeded expectations. The team was professional, knowledgeable, punctual, and made sure everything was completed perfectly. It’s hard to find companies that truly care about their customers the way they do. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and top-quality electrical work!
We can’t say enough good things about this company. Firstly, I want to say that Bob was the first one to answer the phone (I tried 3 other “highly rated” companies before him- no answer and no callback) Bob was very kind and amazing with communication. He sent his son Ron over right away. After lots of troubleshooting and explaining everything they were doing, they got the job completed by the end of the next day. Absolutely great father-son team- they gave us amazing service and care and a lot of laughs to boot! We highly recommend Lighthouse Electric!!
