I could not be any more appreciative of the team at North Eastern Pool and Spa. We, unfortunately, had a leak somewhere in our pool. Between chatting with Brianna in Service and Phil, I felt confident in what was happening and understood every step that needed to happen. They were incredibly quick in their response, especially since this happened during one of the busiest times of the year. Phil explained everything in detail in a way that was easily understood, yet cleaned up what he had done so well we could hardly tell where he needed to dig! From the very first encounter with Steve on the sales side, through the pool installation led by on-site foreman Mike, project coordination by Alyssa and Debbie, site prep and clean-up/grading by their crew — it has been nothing short of excellent!
