“Our technician, Robert, was excellent. The office end, not so much. For 2 years in a row now, I have contracted for indoor baseboard application, making arrangement to have the house accessible, only to find out that no indoor application was made. Costs the same so no refund and had to make additional arrangements. The first technician who came before we arrived had to walk through a mine field of ant and mole hills and never made note of nor informed anyone of it and left it for us to deal with.
