Dr. Richter and his incredible staff saved the day when I woke up with excruciating pressure on my front tooth. Despite the urgency, they got me in the same day and performed an emergency root canal with precision and care. Their dedication and compassion truly shine through, making me feel like more than just a patient. With over 35 years of trust in their expertise (and I’m only 40 lol), I can confidently say Dr. Richter is the best dentist on the planet!!
I cannot say enough about Dr Richter and his practice. I came into see him and I was so devastated about my dental issues. He sat with me and we came up with a plan to save my teeth! I cried when I left because I have never had a doctor of any kind sincerely care! They all care here!

As someone who has had more procedures than most will in a lifetime prone to decay due to poor genetics- I can tell you from experience, there’s no one better. There is not a tooth in my mouth that hasn’t received dental intervention by Patchogue Family Dental. I still have all my natural God given teeth and they are beautiful. I receive CONSTANT compliments on my smile and I owe it all to Dr. Richter and his team.They are gentle, compassionate and they take the time to do what’s best for the patient rather than the practice.
