I’ve been going to Jackie for the past 3 years, and she is truly an amazing hairstylist. Every haircut has exceeded my expectations, and I always leave feeling so happy with the results. I originally went to Medford location 40 minutes to close according to the website and they refused service saying they were closed already. Absolutely awful experience. I raced to the patchogue location 10 minutes before close and they couldn't be nicer! They will get my money everytime!
I personally haven’t been to this location yet but I was in the Sayville location last night where Colleen was (she is between both locations). I wasn’t able to write a review on the Sayville page since I already did so in the past. The girl who usually does my hair went home sick and I was asked if I want to reschedule or have Colleen do my hair. I took the chance and gave her a try and I’m so glad I did. It was a simple color, cut and blow dry but when it came to the haircut, she really listened to what I wanted, made sure I was ok with the length and just really took her time over all. I will definitely schedule with her again!!
