Rich is a phenomenal professional. On two occasions I had difficult situations with leaks. One hidden underground and the other located far away from the flood that it caused. Rich located them both in a matter of minutes. Rich also installed a shower for me and has done other plumbing services. I have recommended him to my relatives and friends.
Rich was amazing, responded quickly, showed up next day and fixed everything in one shot even though he had to run out and get parts. Will absolutely call for all plumbing needs in the future!
