A level of professionalism rarely found today. I purchased a pair of progressives awhile back and needed them for an upcoming trip. They didn’t deliver on time so made an identical pair of regular lensed glasses for me to use without charge. More recently I came in to have the frame for progressive lenses repaired and the lenses swapped into the other frame while this was done. Both the swap and repair were done fast and without charge. Impressive.
