I called Gold Coast on a Thursday afternoon and spoke to the owner Joe, within an hour , he sent a very capable and likeable tech to look at my broken springs, which were very large for a very heavy wood clad door. The next day, Joe called me with a very fair price and worked it out that James could come and fix the problem. James was fantastic, did a very thorough job and my door was fixed within 24 Hours.
