UPDATED REVIEWAnd then there was Tiara!I was in a bind and decided to try this location again with another waxer. WOW! What a difference. Tiara was kind, gentle and considerate. She took her time and asked me if I was ok with every strip. She was excellent!!!!1 star because technically the job was accomplished. A loss of four stars because I felt like I was being interrogated by Jamie. She asked me about my background, my job, my house, how I ended up in the area? It felt like it was beyond mere small talk. She was rough and it was actually a horrible experience. I left there feeling judged and in pain.

My experience at European Wax has been great over the two years I have been going there! Joanne left European wax and I came to the reviews to select a new waxer. Not to my surprise, Joanne is the number one most recommended person! She was an awesome waxer, so kind, professional, gentle, and thorough. Anyway, if anyone has any recommendations for a new waxer, please respond to this review!

I have been waxing at this location for a few years. I recently started going to Joanne and I am so happy with my service every time. She is so friendly, personable, and professional. She really takes her time and makes my wax perfect! I will deff be recommending this location to friends and family.Service: Waxing
