Lauren is an amaaazinggg PTA and truly one of the biggest reasons this place stands out. She is genuinely invested in her patients and takes the time to listen to what you’re feeling, ask the right questions, and really understand what’s going on/how you are feeling. That level of attention makes a huge difference and shows how much she truly cares about her patients.
Her manual massage therapy skills are excellent. The massage work she does is incredibly relieving and you can tell she really knows what she’s doing. I usually walk out of my appointments feeling better than when I walked in. I really appreciate how much she focuses on education. Instead of just going through the motions, she makes sure you understand the purpose behind everything you’re doing. She creates a really positive and encouraging atmosphere during sessions and never makes you feel rushed. It’s clear she takes pride in her work and truly cares about the patient. The office itself is great too. They have everything you need to address post accident injuries in one place (which really helps keep things consistent). “3 years ago I injured my back and the pain shot down my left leg leaving my left foot numb.
I have suffered since. What was once an active lifestyle of hiking, biking and kayaking, now became sedentary because of pain. I heard a commercial on the radio about Dr. Keith Solomon and did some research to see if this was legit, as l am a skeptic. I kept saying | was going to call and make an appointment but I was busy with PT and medical massages and acupuncture, those all feel good but weren't doing the trick for me.

Cannot recommend enough, had major problems with my spine and knees, and he helped me with both. You do have to be consistent and do any exercises that he suggests you do. “Absolutely fantastic experience. When I first saw Dr. Banks I was in excruciating pain and could barely walk. Had pain radiating from my back down to my foot from disc issues. I could not bend my knee and was in constant pain, standing or sitting. After a couple of weeks there and substantial improvement and in less than a month I was almost completely pain free!!
