“We hired Ted and his crew to restore a wood column that was damaged by water. It would have been impossible to find a matching column and the cost of 4 new columns would have been prohibitive. Using old-fashioned craftsmanship and woodworking, Ted was able to recreate the column as a perfect match for the others. Ted and his co-workers were very clean, punctual, and very pleasant to work with. Highly recommend. Before and after photos included.”
“My experience with Empire Gen Roofing and Chimney was fantastic. From the initial phone call to the final meeting, they were attentive, transparent, and dependable. The team worked diligently and finished the project ahead of time. My roof looks incredible, and the workmanship is outstanding.”
“I discovered a water spot on my ceiling after a rainy weekend. I had 4 different companies come to see the issue and give an estimate. Three insisted on a new roof being needed, no questions asked. Done Right was the only one that didn't pressure me for a new roof replacement. They arrived early, did the repair, and saved me thousands. I will definitely call them when a new roof is needed. Was so grateful for their professionalism and honesty. I would definitely recommend.”
