After years of bad haircuts and trying to get my hair to a place I loved, I finally found someone who understands. I came in a little nervous about length, especially after working so hard to grow my hair, but she really listened to me and respected exactly what I wanted. alexis was friendly and nice to me when i walked in. she explains what she will do after you tell her how you like the cut. she saw my reference picture and explained how she would proceed. very clear, and chatted with me during the wash, cut, diffusing, etc. not in a rush or anything. she uses innersense products, which my hair seemed to really love. she explains what to do with your hair and how to protect it. i do not go to salons because i distrust/havent found a good person to cut my hair, but ill be going to alexis moving forward when i need a cut.

Alexis’ space is clean and calming. She is a good listener to what the customer wants while still applying her knowledge of hair. Alexis is thorough and detail oriented, explaining every step of your treatment and cut.
