Giving an extra star for the Latino girl who works there which did the pedicure. Sunny tho on the other hand probably doesn’t know how to do a powder manicure. The shape of the nail she gives is terrible. She wont apply product to cover the whole nail. She’ll forget you have corners. She will get excess product all over your fingers and won’t even bother to clean it off. Even tho I asked, she didn’t remove the excess cuticles either. Lastly, she was very strict with what time I should go there but I ended up waiting for 30-40 minutes. Won’t go there again for sure. Don’t waste your money.

My partner and I requested a 6:15pm appointment to get our nails done. The establishment strongly insisted we come earlier on multiple occasions. Finally, we both moved around our schedules and arrived 30minutes earlier and notified the establishment about the change in our appointment for better scheduling for them. In short- they werent ready for either of us and only one person appeared when ready. I am literally watching my partner get her nails done while I watch from the chair next to her (look at photo).I have been sitting her for 30minutes in the chair with no answers. I took the liberty to complain to management but all here is "soon"... This is HIGHLY unprofessional and next time I appreciate a phone call like any normal business would do if something comes up!

The place is clean and pleasant. It is very expensive. $42 for a mani-pedi. What I don't like is that there are no prices on the wall so when you walk in you have no idea how much it will be. I also don't like that sometimes it includes a neck massage and sometimes it doesn't. They aren't very friendly either.
