I’ve gone here for a while and always loved it but since it’s been under new management it’s become very overpriced. I was still willing to go until i went in today 40 minutes before they closed for a regular pedicure, there were lots of workers and only four customers getting their nails done, and they turned me away saying i could come in the next morning. Too many nail salons on Long Island for that type of customer service! Luckily I found a new salon, closer to me, that took me with no appointment, and i will be going there from now on.

I went on a Monday for a powder gel manicure. I was back on Wednesday because the nail polish peeled right off 3 nails. The next day 2 more peeled off. I went back both times manager was very very rude I believe her name was Mia! Told her to take off the powder gel & give me a reg. manicure once again very nasty. She told me I would not have to paid to have it taken off. I told her I was not paying for anything there product was bad. Did not even apologies. NEVER GOING BACK THERE!!!!!

This place is overpriced for the bad quality service they are giving. The lady was super nice but I will never go back to this place. She did my eyebrows and upper lips and charged me $20. She messed up my eyebrows. Made it thin, uneven and did not clean up the hair properly. I have never paid $10 for eyebrow and $10 for upper lips for this kind of service. Very upset about my eyebrows.
