About Lavender By the Bay
Lavender By the Bay is a charming business that specializes in growing various types of lavender. The farm features a beautiful field of lavender with a showcase garden out front, and the plants are filled with abundant flowers. It is a fantastic way to spend a few hours with family and friends. Visitors can purchase fresh or dried lavender, as well as a variety of lavender products, books on lavender and gardening tools, and even lavender plants. The location is a popular stop while out east and offers local wildflower honey and seasonal chestnuts. The atmosphere is incredibly therapeutic and the sight of endless fields of vibrant purple lavender is breathtaking. However, there is an admission fee to wander through the lavender field. Overall, it is a worthwhile and magical experience if you are in the area.

Went to Lavender by the Bay this past weekend (Fourth of July) and had a great time! The fields are beautiful, took great pictures and everyone who works there is really nice. We flew from Florida and Puerto Rico and it was worth it. Went to both the Calverton and East Marion locations and had so much fun enjoying the beauty of the lavender fields and the Long Island area. Highly recommended it for a weekend trip.
