I switched to this company this year and thought they did an amazing job the entire season. Very reliable and did a good job cleaning the pool. And they have a back office that is very professional and communicates any issues with you directly. They just have a very good system that works.

Proper PH is the most responsive service provider I have worked with in the Hamptons. Whenever we have an issue or question about our pool they respond promptly and if necessary send someone to check it out. Bob is so knowledgeable and the person who cleans our pool twice a week is very thorough. Their bills are fair and timely. While I know there are cheaper companies, I would far rather pay their price for the service they provide - it's worth every penny. I recommend Proper PH to everyone I know because they are the only service provider that I know I can relay on when it comes to maintaining my Hamptons property.

Proper Ph Pools came today to fix a problem with our pool pump. Immediately they replaced the pump and got everything back up and running. Great service from a locally owned company that we would highly recommend!!
