I I’ve been training with Ari for over 10 years… He was great when we were in the studio but by zoom it’s even better. It’s amazing to me how attentive he is to my every move on zoom and how clearly he explains what I need to do. He’s awesome!

I have been training with Ari for many years both in studioand NOW VIRTUALLY!! Ari's knowledge and his method of training is beyond superior. It is always amazing to me how the smallest shift in motion 'makes all the difference'. I have been an athlete my whole life and the work with Ari has taken my fitness to the next level and for that I am grateful and look forward to reaching the next levels as we train forward! The entire Philosofit staff is outstanding. I was introduced to Ari and his team through the Pilates instructor Susan Moran Sheehy (who was trained by Romana, one of the Pilates elders who was trained by Joe Pilates himself). The intake and initial assessment were more comprehensive than any I've ever had at any other gym or studio. The workouts are always challenging - but fun - and never exactly the same twice. You will never find yourself doing, for example, three sets of 15 bicep curls in a Philosofit workout - you will do exercises that work your biceps, but they'll be more challenging than simple curls.
