Really pleased with East Hampton Energy Solutions. They just completed the install of my generator AHEAD of schedule. They and their subcontractors were professional, organized, efficient and very neat. Standards are clearly important to this company. Communication was outstanding before, during and after the sale/install and Mike was a pleasure to deal with. He made sure everything was going right every step of the way and followed up to make sure I understood all of the features of the unit. The expert maintenance and advice on some Kohler generator issues were perfect and addressed in a timely manner. I can’t say enough for the work on my generator over the past two years. Mike, the owner, showed true compassion and interest at a time when many companies on the East end are rude, disinterested and downright enept. Also Gabby, was extremely pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend this company.
