The staff is extremely professional, kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and caring, offering a welcoming and warm feeling. They are trustworthy, pay attention to detail, and listen to owner preferences. Dogs are well taken care of and leave looking amazing, like a star. The service is top notch and worth every dime. Highly recommended as the only place in the Hamptons worth visiting for a grooming or spa day.

I’m a poodle breeder and have known Edward for many years. He is an excellent groomer and very knowledgeable about the different breeds. Wonderful with the dogs and puppies and a charming store with top quality merchandise.
