East Hampton store was my worst customer service experience. The girl that helped me had a terrible attitude. Looked miserable. Didn’t say hello , didn’t give a reciept , didn’t explain how points worked on my account, she was terrible and not made to work retail.the worst attitude and customer service

My experience at Blue Mercury in East Hampton was disappointing, to say the least. As a black woman searching for foundation, I encountered the all-too-familiar issue of my shade not being available in-store. Consequently, I had to resort to ordering online, with the promise of delivery to my address within a few days. However, the product never arrived, and attempts to contact the store proved futile as calls never seemed to connect.Frustrated by the lack of communication and unresolved issue, I resorted to disputing the charge with my bank. Ran out of hair cream so I stopped at blue mercury to take a look. The location had 2 staff but neither of them came to help. Some products I wanted to try didn't have any sample bottles to try so I walked out empty handed
