Don Egan at Advantage inspected my current home 14 years ago - he hasn't lost a step in those 14 years when I called on him last week to inspect a new home purchase. He responded quickly, and an inspection was scheduled within a day or two. On the day of the inspection, I met his son Eric at the house. Eric was terrific - professional, personable and educated me about the house as he inspected it. In short, Advantage is the one to call - you will be pleased with every aspect of their service.

Don was extremely thorough and very nice to work with. He responded very promptly to the inspection request, and he provided the inspection results the same day as the inspection.Very happy, would definitely recommend him.

Very professional company, Don was more than helpful explaining everything.He really takes his time to look at everything and make sure everything is working . Hes defenetly looking out for you on home inspections. Highly recommend him. He answer txt promptly, very good communication no BS.
