Best places for a high-quality massage with very knowledgeable and friendly staff.
Had horrible back spasms days before my wedding, and Julie was amazing and helped me so much and knew exactly how to get me in top shape. She even gave some great education after to help me stay loose.
Kenny is the man! I've been dealing with chronic muscle tightness and pinched nerves for quite some time. Over the past year, I've consulted numerous doctors, but none could pinpoint the root cause of my discomfort—until I visited East Greenbush Therapeutic Massage. This experience has genuinely been life-changing.
Not only did Kenny address the chronic issues that had been plaguing me, but he also took the time to listen to my concerns about my hands. He identified that the problem originated from my forearm. This was a revelation, as I had never considered this possibility.
