She was able to clean the kitchen (including oven, stove, inside the refrigerator, microwave, and even toaster oven), bathroom, plus the floors - all within the included 4 hour limit! Booking the appointment was super easy, and they were very friendly and helpful. Kept you up to date through text and checked in on how the service was going and asked if you needed anything. So glad I found them and will use their service again when needed!“

“IT is VERY VERY difficult for me to give 5 stars for a cleaning service as I have tried so many and they have specially disappointed.However, I used City Maid Service in June before moving into my apartment so they can clean the dust and dirt off every shelf and clean the beyond disgusting oven and refrigerator that was left behind.They did a PHENOMENAL job!!!! They left behind the little ledge outside my apartment and the broiler in my oven and City Maid Service sent them the next day to come clean it and they did.. and did a phenomenal job.I am now going to be using City Maid service to clean my apartment on a monthly or biweekly basis.Again.. this is hard, but I really think they make a significant difference.“
