I have been going to this cleaners for many years. The quality is excellent. The owners are super sweet and accommodating. I needed my dress altered for a work event and I got so many compliments. I highly recommend this place!

We've used Hi-Style Cleaners several times for dry-cleaning, including for wedding suit & wedding dress cleaning and preservation. The owners are pleasant, and they do a fine job of cleaning our clothes. However, they do not accurately predict how long cleaning will take. Each time we dropped clothes they gave a pick-up date, and then don't have clothes ready by that date. They also don't call customers to say that their clothes are delayed -- you have to go in person, hear that your clothes aren't ready, come back in 3 days... and then you come back, and are told it'll be another 3 days... In the case of my wedding dress, they said it would be ready in 4 weeks from drop-off; after 4 weeks, we checked in at least twice a week (in person) and it wasn't ready for another 4 weeks. 8 weeks would have been a fine time to wait had we known that from the start -- but it's frustrating that they (a) don't give accurate wait times, and (b) don't call you when there are delays. For that reason, we won't be returning to Hi-Style-- just too annoying to manage errands around that. Unfortunate: the people were always nice!

I'm so happy Hi-Style Cleaners hasn't shuttered it's doors. They have always been nothing short of courteous. Sometimes they take a while to get your clothes tailored. They tell you an estimate time of completion before you hand it over. I'm pretty content with their service and will continue to support this business.
