Incredibly happy with our experience with Caleb at WNY Hardwood Specialists. Our project included refinishing our dated red oak floor and adding hardwood to our master bedroom. We were concerned with matching the old and new. Caleb took control, made a recommendation to a local lumber company and it matched perfectly. The final result is exactly what we wanted. Caleb was on time and professional throughout the entire process. He explained each step in the process and guided us in our final decision making. We would both highly recommend Caleb and WNY Hardwood Specialists for a new install or refinishing work.

Reviews
Purchased a 90 year old house that had worn carpets over oak floors. After beginning to restore the hardwood myself found the heat radiators presented issues I was not prepared to handle. Called WNY Hardwood Specialists and Caleb was out the SAME day to assess. Told me what materials to order and where. Once materials arrived floor prep and refinishing was completed in 4 days! Caleb’s work is high quality and the results are beyond expectations!
My husband and I thought Caleb was great! We highly recommend him. He was always on time and did his work very well, listened to what we wanted and gave us the outcome of our floors just as we wanted. Thank you Caleb for doing such a tremendous job.
