The “check in” system is such a frustrating joke. This location prioritizes walk-ins right up until a “reservation” arrives. This means that calling ahead does absolutely nothing. It’s a placebo. When I politely asked about the mechanics of the reservation, the stylist sounded as baffled and uncertain as I do about the process. This is enough to stop me from going here, in spite of the great people.
tl:dr The reservation system is make believe and leads to frustrated customers and stylists.
The stylist that took care of me did not do a good job of washing my hair - never even got the back of my hair wet , rushed the wash . Nobody else was in the salon. Then I had asked her twice to dry my hair and it was still wet when I walked out. Although she did a good cut, but it’s a simple cut.
Mariah was amazing! She always had me leaving feeling like 100 bucks. She fit me in right away and I didn’t fluke like it was a rushed haircut like most place do. She used to work at a closer location to me but I drove the 40+ mins just because she’s that good.
