Customers particularly enjoy the float tanks, described as "life-changing." The facility is always spotless and fully functional, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The spa is brand new, offering natural pain relief options such as the vitality booth, which combines red light therapy and Himalayan salt-infused air, and the float deprivation tank, which creates a calming, weightless feeling that aids in recovery and detoxification. Nikki, the owner, is phenomenal, with a personality and heart that shine, genuinely caring and wanting to help guests feel better. The rooms are gorgeous and squeaky clean, with zero concerns about germs. Eudemonia is a healing center for everyone, offering services like massage and salt cave. Nicole was so helpful with guests getting the most out of their time in the salt cave and vitality booth.

FIVE STARS PLUSSSSSS Quite honestly - I have been so many places that support self care but Eudemonia was by far the best- the cost, the services they offer, the cleanliness; THE SERVICE (Nikki and Sherri were soooo awesome!); the location right in the village of East Aurora!! I experienced the Vitality Booth which includes red light and salt therapy and then hopped over to the sauna! After weeks of the cold Buffalo winter, I was so ready for the heat and the healing I felt!! Book your self care Saturday and boost your immunity; boost your collagen and take care of yourself!! So many great ways to do it at Eudemonia, LLC!

I don’t even know where to start. So I’ll start by saying: THANK YOU, Eudemonia. ❤️ Eudemonia has quickly become one of the greatest resources on my Long Covid healing journey. And we are absolutely blessed to have this healing center in our community. In 2022, I was infected with Covid. Since then, I’ve suffered from progressive Long Covid symptoms. Within the last couple of months, my health has significantly declined and I’ve been debilitated by chronic brain fog, memory loss, joint pain, muscle pain, headaches, migraines, severe cardiac irritability and more. The list of symptoms is long - and growing. What’s worse is that the disease is still being researched, there’s currently no official “cure,” and from my experience: local doctors are poorly equipped to assist. I’ve been so desperate to find relief - any relief - from Long Covid pain, and I’ve become especially interested in infrared therapy. According to a growing body of clinical research, infrared therapy is effective at treating many Long Covid symptoms… And Eudemonia has the PERFECT infrared booths for people like me. Unlike other spas or gyms, Eudemonia’s red light infrared booths are NOT saunas. With my grumpy heart, saunas are impossible. Infrared saunas are also offered at Eudemonia (and they look incredible), but the red light infrared booths have been PRICELESS. They offer relief, relaxation, and comfort - and they’re a treasure. Other things worth noting: -Nikki (the owner) is PHENOMENAL. Her personality and her heart shine. It’s clear that she genuinely cares and wants to help you feel better - whatever that means for you. -The rooms are absolutely gorgeous and squeaky clean. I have zero concerns about germs - even being a little immunocompromised and a germaphobe… (And that’s saying something.) -Eudemonia offers many services that I can’t wait to try. Next up: massage for my aching body then probably salt cave. ❤️ I’ll also be bringing my friends and family. Whether you’re suffering from Long Covid or stress, I recommend Eudemonia with all of my heart. It’s not just a spa… it’s truly a healing center for everyone and anyone. And I’m so grateful for Nikki and her support. Thank you again!

My daughter and I had the best experience at Eudemonia! Completely soul soothing. Beautiful facility! Nicole was so helpful with us getting the most out of our time in the salt cave and vitality booth. I’m so happy we have this wellness resource in our sweet little town.
