I took the most amazing class today with Susan. She is an incredibly gifted teacher and a really lovely person, as well. I am hooked! Can't wait to take my next class in the beautiful space they have created!

I can't say enough good things about this establishment. I've been taking the Introduction to Yoga class there and it's been top notch at every step. Susan is amazing, kind, intuitive and so impressively knowledgeable. I feel like I've learned so much in just a short period of time. I will definitely be signing up for more classes and have been suggesting to everyone in my friends and family to come here. Fantastic, welcoming, atmosphere. I highly suggest anyone stop in and see what they have to offer!
