I've been working with Greg for just about two months now. I genuinely love working out with him. He is encouraging, knowledgeable, and knows when to push me. His workouts leave me feeling physically tired but overall energized. It's been a great way to start my Friday mornings.
I’ve been working out at WNY Personally Fit since April. I look forward to each workout because they are customized to my fitness level and leave me feeling energized! Greg is a fantastic trainer, he knows how to create fun & challenging workouts. I’m never watching the clock when I’m there.

I've been working with him for coming up on two months now, and he's awesome. He strives to make the exercise fun and doesn't put any ego into the mix. He meets you where you are, and helps you build from there.
Very personable, highly recommend. Also, his dog is super cute.
