“We took our 3 year old German Shepherd to Tom for 6 weeks due to some behavioral problems at home. We had done prior training when he was a puppy so we weren't starting completely from scratch, but he definitely needed some more guidance and we needed new tools and strategies. The transformation we saw after just a couple weeks was astounding, and using the e-collar has been a total game changer for us. Tom was also nothing but professional and friendly with us.
