I am only giving then 2 stars because I watched then clean the pedicure bowl after patrons left. I got a basic mani pedi, and was asked about 3x if I wanted gel. Well apparently I should have got it because my nails are already trashed. The paint is cracking and looks terrible. Also my nails aren't shaped and are crooked. Never again.

I got my nails and toes done here on Monday it is now Friday and my gel polish is peeling off. The blonde woman who did my nails was very nice but visibly a little frantic and shaky. She just painted my toes first and I knew then from the job she did on them that I had to change my request for a gel mani to just gel polish due to the poor work she did on my toes. I walked out of there with he polish all over my cuticles, literally... the girl also kept accidentally hitting the gel paint and not fixing it. Also, she did the top coat 2x but did not even seal the top/ tip of my finger nail. I would not go back

It was a great experience, even for me who has been to many nail salons before, but this salon is the only one that has truly made me feel relaxed, while I got my nails done. I also received great customer service in BM Nails and I would truly enjoy getting my nails done here again. I hope everyone who comes here for the first time feels the same.
