Yesterday, we had our initial visit, which was very positive. We arrived on time and completed the eye test within 30 minutes.
Dr. Howard was very friendly and provided us with detailed explanations of our questions. The staff was very receptive, and all had a great experience.
Promptly kept my appointment time. Dr was polite and patient. Eye exam seemed thorough. Completely answered all my questions. Optical department people helped me pick out new glasses and told me to expect one to two week wait time for their completion. Also handled all insurance stuff for me. Good experience so far, expect the glasses will be satisfactory too
This was my first visit at Atwal Eye Care. The front staff was very welcoming. My wait time to be called seemed long, but the receptionist shared it was due to this being my first visit and their needing to get all my information into their system. The staff person who took me back and performed the necessary steps before I met with the doctor was very nice and explained each step beforehand. I was very pleased with Dr. Jurangal. He took time with me and answered both mine and my husband’s questions. We didn’t feel rushed and left believing he was going to do what was best for my eyes.
