A couple months ago my girlfriends computer started randomly restarting, we tried to fix it ourselves by talking to friends, asking Facebook groups, testing different components, and buying new parts. We weren't able to figure out the issue so a few weeks ago I reached out to George. He was very friendly and agreed to take the computer and see what was going on with it. I'd like to start off by saying, I'm not a stranger to technology. Grew up using it all my life and still relatively up to date with current technology as well. Ended up messing up my laptop, messing around with some settings. Thought for sure it was a done deal and that I needed to get a new one but thought I would try sending it here for a lifeline. George helped me restore my device that I thought was going to end up in the bin. He explained what he tried doing and luckily we were able to get everything back. Thank you again for everything and I'm truly grateful for your help. 11/10 highly recommend.
George was awesome to work with! He was super responsive, stood by his work, and even delivered the computer right to me. I was a little hesitant at first about whether it would meet my needs, but he gave me a guarantee that really put me at ease.
