OH MY GOD YOU GUYS, I am seriously losing it right now. I ordered a medically necessary walking device—like, literally the thing I need to WALK—and what do I get? NOTHING. Not even a box. It’s like it vanished into some stupid bureaucratic black hole.

And who’s running the show? “Respiratory Services.” Yeah, real helpful, guys. Apparently walking now requires twelve phone calls, three doctors, and some dude named Gary deciding if my LEGS are “medically necessary.” ARE YOU SERIOUS RIGHT NOW?!

Well sadly I started doing business with them late last july.... I thought the items I bought in cash were purchased to only find out later thru very shady business practices they were only rented...all of my receipts are not even clear to understand as most items say they were not on file and seem purposely vague so they do what they like... all of the items were bought for two very ill elderly people...
I personally spent hundreds of dollars over half a dozen trips there from end of July 2024 to Feb of 2025...
now I am trying to fix the mess this location did to my elderly parents...AVOID AT ALL COSTS.... I have worked retail and been in upper management for decades.......read full review

Very poor service. Asking a general question and the supervisor is ignorant. I would suggest to anyone go through western New York respiratory services through Buffalo Ny they are awesome people to talk to and really do help:
