“This location is brand new and with any new location of any type they will need to work out some bugs. However, there was plenty of parking here as it's in a small plaza with generally parking spaces near each store! The specials and the $5.00 off coupon right now sure does make up for any shortcomings - like maybe the staff not being fully trained or knowledgeable! I hope they do well and would encourage people to check it out!“

“Took my lil baby in for her first grooming, they are so accommodating with scheduling first of all. The kitties they have out to roam are so sweet which I think really reflects the lovely environment of the place. My girl had some shedding and a bit of dandruff, I thought she was soft before but now it’s like loving a cloud. They let her pick her own scent and everything!! I appreciate that they don’t groom dogs because it takes away my worries and certainly takes away potential stress for my girl. They even had pictures to send me of her in the process. 11/10, love this place.“

“Holy cow! Feels like I searched my whole life for a great vet and I really believe I found one with Dr Redfield in Fredonia. Staff is great too! Brought my cat in for a nail trim and the process was so fast and affordable!! Have taken my cat to other vets for the same issue and it was never this smooth, I am blown away. Will be bringing her back in a couple months for a checkup/ nail trim. I HIGHLY recommend this vet for your pet needs. Dog is already scheduled for a checkup this week too. Looking forward to it, can you ever imagine looking forward to a vet visit???!! Well, I am.“
