I like having all my medical services near by. There is plenty of parking spaces, especially handicapped spaces. There is an ample waiting room with seating They are very good at sticking to the appointment time. They can complete some simple lab work on the premises.
I’ve been coming here for a few years now. I just have to say that Dr.Katelyn Heist has been amazing for me. I’m sure she’s seen me at my worst. Dr. Heist has listened to every concern and helped answer any questions I had. Her responses are educational as well as gentle. She shows compassion and patience.I’m grateful she’s here.
Dont miss one appointment because they will discharge you immediately. Such awful quality of care. The doc (Dr Shankar) is very kind and his bedside manner is exceptional, but the lack of compassion regarding missed appointments is atrocious. This is coming from the doctor directly. Also states he will prescribe something and then changes his mind or decides after the appt that he will not. This is not how it should be. If you can't do something, you should just be upfront with your patients. Go elsewhere where your child won't be dropped bc Mom had a medical issue happen. Unreal...
