First time visit and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They were able to get me in and out very quickly but also making sure to keep my cat calm through her exam. Cared about any concerns I may have and explained everything thoroughly.

We have been with Dr.Frost and her amazing staff(team) over 6 years . We love the entire staff and we are thankful for all her expertise that saved our dog and gave him many more years with our family. Super caring and helpful! We found an abandoned kitten and we called every vet in the county trying to get an appointment, they were the only ones with next-day availability. The whole staff was very kind and answered all of our questions, and they were able to get her vaxxed, tested, and start the treatments she needed right away. We drove up from Jamestown but it was absolutely worth the extra driving time for the quality of care we received!
