We had flooding issues at our cabin that necessitated new flooring in 1/2 the 1st floor, new baseboards, sections of new drywall, and the replacement of toilet/sink/vanity. Everything came out fantastic! Great communication throughout entirety of project. I will call Norb for any future needs at this property.

Had a great experience with Norb. I was interested in purchasing an investment property and needed someone to give me an estimate on the rehab cost. Norb did such a thorough job. Really taking his time to comb over the entire property to really show me what I was going to be up against. He is honest, polite, punctual, and responsive. If I ever have another project in the Elmira area, Norb will be my first call.

Excellent! Norb was quick to respond to my request and actually visited my house on same day that I requested a quote. I told him I needed it done in 2 weeks and he was able to fit me in - doing most of the work himself. The result was great - professionally done and looks like it has always been there. He brainstormed some issues like moving electrical switches and replacing floor where a vent had been. Price was reasonable. I would recommend Norb for any home project.
