I was actually outside of the service area, but I received a call back letting me know and he actually talked me through what my problem was. 5 star customer service. Too bad they don't service my area.

They say you get what you pay for, but that is not always true. For the first 9 months of 2016 I paid someone to repeatedly try and resolve a problem. By October I was really concerned about winter. I called Comfort Technology and Adam came and FIXED the problem in one visit. I realized immediately that his level of expertise was way beyond my previous person. I would have expected to pay a lot more, but the prices are NOT higher. Adam just completed the annual maintenance and I'm feeling very confident that all will be well this winter. I would recommend him most highly.

Comfort Technology is the single best contractor & service provider I've ever worked with. Steve and Adam are extremely thorough, take the time to explain and educate, and do clean work. Highly recommended!
