I was actually outside of the service area, but I received a call back letting me know and he actually talked me through what my problem was. 5 star customer service. Too bad they don't service my area.

Comfort Technology is the single best contractor & service provider I've ever worked with. Steve and Adam are extremely thorough, take the time to explain and educate, and do clean work. Highly recommended!

Always courteous and professional, offering advice and wisdom on our home comfort needs, I can't recommend any higher that Comfort Technology is the right company to work with. I even enjoy their newsletter and don't mind that extra piece of mail.I don't ever hesitate to call if I need anything from them. I'm a happy customer - it's clear that they know what they are doing and are always kind to explain if I don't understand.
