I have used them since 2007, and would like to rate them as AAA+++. Furthermore, when the heating pipes in my parents' house broke due to power shut-off in the area for half day during a cold winter. The H***o guy came and did nothing, charged me for 2 hours work and left. Then ComfortTech came out and did a great job fixing that. They are not the cheapest that you can find in the area, but they are not as expensive as H***o, very reasonable pricing. Adam (the son) usually comes out to do the work, very experienced; I only met Steve (the dad) a few times but he seems very knowledgeable. They do get quite busy in the winter so you need to call them ahead for regular maintenance, they came reasonably fast in case of emergency. I highly recommend them.

We have had Adam S. service our boiler every year for over 20 years, he is always very professional and has always done a great job for us. I would highly recommend him and his company.
