Steve with Burnin' Bugs was amazing! I purchased a multi-family with such a severe bed bug infestation that they were actually in the walls moving between the apartments. At first I was skeptical about heat, but it worked great and the price was good. Steve worked with my tenants to prepare their apartments for the treatment without me ever needing to go there. I had the Bed Bugs. I use to think it was a dirty thing, but was quickly taught it isnt. Steve is an Awesome man. Takes the time explain things and most importantly HE KILLS Em Dead. Thankyou for your assistance. God Bless
