Friendly atmosphere from
The minute you walk in until you leave. I felt very comfortable and my needs were met. Dr. Shenkle took her time performing my vision exam and looking into my eyes. She explained everything to me to me and i found things out that other eye doctors never did. The care I got while afterwards was exceptional. I didnt pick out frames, but going back to they adjusted the glasses I had,, explained my eye insurance and how I was going to benefit from it, especially on the frames I like. They came highly recommended from a family ember to me and I’m thankful for it. I would recommend them anyone looking.
Everybody was very polite and I loved Dr. Sheland. She didn't rush me and explained everything to me. I was also late getting there due to traffic but they still took me and I really appreciated that because I was 15 minutes late.
Dr. Joba is very thorough and highly recommend. I have been going here for many years and couldn’t be more pleased with their professionalism. Wonderful array of glasses to pick from too.
