Wow! I have no words for how grateful I am for this business. My husband noticed our pressure relief valve was leaking for god knows how long…. Called our propane provider for company’s to call to come out (we live in Downsville Ny)… none of the people we called would come out even after offering to pay any travel fees. Two days of emptying buckets of water every two hours I finally got a tech from a company in Binghamton to come out to look at it. This tech wanted to charge my husband and I $1700 for a new valve and expansion tank! So we said we would think about it. We highly recommend Hartz Plumbing and Heating. Both Rob and Ron were professional and personable. We had a concern with our furnace after some basement flooding. They took the time to investigate possible damage, explained the process to us and they were able to start up our furnace. If we ever have an issue or require a new furnace or water heater we are thankful to know that we are in good hands with calling Hartz.
