I have ordered from Window World three separate times now, and each experience has been great from start to finish. Every staff member has been friendly and respectful. The last guy replacing the windows even went as far as to make sure my electronics didn’t get dusty and adjusted my screen door to softly close, which he didn’t have to do. The first windows I got done I got a great deal and was able to finance. And then around time from getting the quote to actual installation was a reasonable timeframe. I’ve already recommended Window World to a coworker and would recommend to everyone else as well!
The sales process was very straightforward. We were given a lead time of 4 weeks, but installation did not occur for 9-10 weeks. The installers were great! They installed 11 replacement windows in less than four hours. They worked cleanly and left our home spotless. The windows appear to be good quality and operate perfectly.
