Supercuts provides basic haircuts, with some reviewers noting not to expect trendy styles as they just don't know how to do it. However, many customers report positive experiences, describing nice jobs and good conversation. One reviewer mentioned a horrible day was totally changed by a really nice haircut. Another states this location is hands down the best, after trying a few. They appreciate that a stylist successfully handled difficult hair, providing a cut with layers and thinning that was loved. Some customers have used the same stylist for years for themselves and their family, refusing to go anywhere else as she nails it every time with no complaints.
I went in today, just for a simple cut. That was what I got, a simple cut. The girl who did my hair, Courtney, had really no skills when it came to a hair cut. She was rude, not just to me but to her coworkers. Overall, it was not a great experience.
I desperately needed a blowout on a Christmas Eve because I left my hair until the last moment. I went into super cuts as kind of a last ditch effort and I’m so lucky I did! I want to thank Tania for doing an excellent job on my hair. She knew her way around a blowout. I was so impressed, she twisted and curled and dried (without pain!) my difficult hair into a lovely, bouncy blowout. Thank you so much again, Tania! You saved my day and made me feel beautiful! 😊
I was a walking today. Tom was working on someone else at the time. Finished with him and took me as soon as he cleaned up from the guy. Did a nice job on me and had good conversation. Would use him again.
