Focus Urgent Care provides exceptional care, with a friendly and caring staff who make patients feel comfortable during their visits. The service is professional, and the Physician Assistants are highly impressive. However, the business's operating hours can be inconsistent, with varying opening and closing times.
I’m only giving 2 stars because the older woman working the front desk yesterday was rude. The doctor that saw my son was great. She was gentle, kind, listened to my concerns and explained everything very thoroughly.
Times of opening and closing are inconsistent. I asked when they open, the employee said 7:00am.When I got there I found they open at 9:00am. Another time I looked on the website and it said they close at 7:00pm; I arrived at 5:10 and I was told by an employee they close at 5:00pm. The service other than that was good.
