I’m a professional golfer who has had crippling back problems for over a year. Been to several different chiropractors and no results or relief. Decided to give massage therapy a try, and Amy had more answers then the Chiropractors that I was seeing, She was able to get to the route of my problems, granted it was intense but after my first visit I noticed a huge difference, after several more I improved to where I no longer have any pain and I can go back to playing regularly again. She is the best!

I have a passion for helping others reach their health goals. After graduating from college with a BS in kinesiology, I began my career as a personal trainer and later decided to go back to school for massage therapy. My goal as a therapist is to help you lead an active and pain free life! Your unique needs are considered to develop a holistic and personal treatment plan. We work together, not just to treat symptoms, but also to find and correct the root causes of the problem. To this end I utilize different and complimentary massage techniques including; myofascial release, neuromuscular training, deep tissue and Swedish.
