Super helpful! My boyfriend is so glad to get back to gaming and planning for DND now that he has his computer back. Took the computer to Tom on a Thursday and had it back by Sunday evening! It was good price for the job (we were mentally preparing ourselves for much more) and Tom was super easy to talk to. He explained it in detail to me and didn’t mind when I needed it explained a second time. My boyfriend has been playing Battlefront 2 non-stop since, which was impossible without crashing the whole pc before. Thanks so much! We will definitely be back if we need help again! 💕

Tom's ability to quickly diagnose and resolve complex PC problems is as good as I have seen in many years of working with tech support people, and his communication skills with the customer are on that same level.

As other reviewers have mentioned, I was surprised by how reasonable the final price was, given the level of service I received.
