Tom's ability to quickly diagnose and resolve complex PC problems is as good as I have seen in many years of working with tech support people, and his communication skills with the customer are on that same level.

As other reviewers have mentioned, I was surprised by how reasonable the final price was, given the level of service I received.

I was recommended to go to Tom at Delmar Technologies by a few different people. In hindsight I am beyond glad to have been pointed in Tom's direction when I ran into an issue with my gaming laptop screen not working anymore. It is a pain to deal with these laptops sometimes, but Tom tackled the issue with ease and got my laptop screen working perfectly again. Without Tom I may have had to send it in to the manufacturer to get repaired and that would have taken much more time and been a pain! I highly recommend Delmar Technologies and Tom to anyone in need of some compute help/repairs. He is very communicative, quick, and an absolute pleasure to deal with!

Tom was great to work with. Brought my pc to him that I haven’t touched in years. Thing ran slower than molasses. But he was able to diagnose pretty much immediately, which he did for free. And then talked to me about my options, showing me how I could get what I needed out of it for gaming at a cheaper cost but I decided to splurge a little bit. Anyway he put it all together for me at an extremely cheap cost and now the things works amazingly and the graphics are awesome
